1) Raw materials:

The positioning of the selling point of the new product, the main effect of the product, the pricing of the product, the main features, the requirements of the formula raw materials, the pursuit of the use effect of the product, etc. These details are all related to your sales share in the market after production and the re-purchase rate of consumers.

2) Packaging materials:

Bottle: the specifications, material and thickness requirements of the bottle, it is best to find a little difference in the bottle and lid, and other similar cosmetics products are different, if you consider the market and their own funds are not very strong, then only look for the spot of the packaging material bottle, reduce their own input costs. If there are sales channels and funds is not a problem, it is suggested to find some special packaging bottles and lids. It is suggested to design the bottle source diagram first, and then let the bottle factory open the mold according to the drawing, open the mold cost for the bottle factory, and shape its own product characteristics and brand strength.

Color box (box-middle box, small box): get the inner packaging of bottles, lids and other products, and design effect drawings and process drawings for professional packaging. before designing, you should have a good product architecture plan, such as product style, box material, design concept, selling point display, etc. if you do not have a product architecture, you should provide other brands of product packaging to modify it into packaging suitable for your own brand, due to the strict control of the new cosmetics regulations and advertising laws, plagiarism is not recommended. Product structure (single product/set): focus on the arrangement name, quantity, sequence and components placed in a set of boxes. I won't talk about single products.

Carton:

The thickness of the carton has 3 layers, 5 layers and 7 layers. There are many kinds of materials. The specific materials used for the products need to be determined according to their customer groups and sales channels, as well as their brand positioning. Carton factory also want box size and printing drawings.

3) Inspection record:

For those who are not familiar with the filing, it is better to hand it over to the production factory. The filing shall be done only after the qualified report is checked out. For filing, the Market Supervision Administration shall be provided with the Cosmetics Entrusted Processing Contract, a copy of the business license of both parties, a cosmetics production license, a trademark certificate (or a trademark processing receipt). If the brand company does not have a quality manager, it is better to provide the Trademark Authorization Letter to the factory for unilateral filing.

4) Production:

Before production, the factory needs to confirm the new products to the customer first. After receiving the samples to check that there is no problem with the finished product sample, the brand manufacturer signs them back to the docking business of the production factory. Then the factory arranges production, and then both parties confirm the delivery date according to the contract.
